Refund & Exchange Policy – BIGO STORE

Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is new, unused, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging.

Products with manufacturing defects may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

The following conditions apply:

• • The product must not show signs of use.
• • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
• • Shipping fees may be deducted if the return is not due to a manufacturing defect.
